Lincoln-Douglas Run

Today was my first official buddy race. I ran/walked the Lincoln-Douglas Run. My finishing time was 45.45.

daily training

walked (morning) with Ms K 3 miles.

walked (evening)on the track with mom 1.75 miles

walked/ran (morning) with Ms K 3 miles.
walked/ran (evening) with mom on track 2.25 miles

was supposed to run with Ms K but it was storming out.
