Mom and I went to the ICC Fitness Center tonight. The two of us lifted weights and ran/walked on a cardiovascular machine. My mom ran/walked on the cybex machine. While I ran/walked on the elliptical. I ran one mile without stopping. After that I walked the rest of the time.
