OK here we go. Just because I have not posted doesn't mean I have stopped running and working out at the fitness center. The heat of the summer put a hitch in my outdoor running and being a student I didn't have a summer membership to the fitness center. I have a quick list for October workout.
October 1,2,3,4,5,7,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,16,17,18,19,20,21,23, 24, 25. All but Oct 24th were inside treadmill or elliptical running workouts. My running partner and I took advantage of the great weather on Oct 24th and ran outside around the college. I have made sure to reach at least 3 miles on my indoor workouts.
