Today I went for a work out at the fitness center. It was hot. The we ran/walked for 3 miles on the treadmills. Felt great after I was done. :-)

Tonight I went for a work out at the fitness center. The trainer was there tonight and my mom and I told him about the problem we had with the program on the treadmill last week. The problem was that my mom input the incline in for the time. That was the reason the treadmil was stopping way before it should have. Luckily he was able to show my mom again how to run the program. I was glad that was all it was.  After a few tries I can set it myself.
